I have these canisters already and I love them. The other pictures of items I don't have but are better photos of the design and colors. I have these on the way...this bread box and a utensil holder with the same design pictured below
So which rug so you do think I should get?
or
?
Our floor is stone beige, our counters a golden with wood cabinets. These are the only sunflowers in the room.
Our dishes are plain etc.
NEVERMIND! The bread box came today, it's brown not black like it looks in the photo! So I got this instead
Which will complement, I think. Geesh, what an ordeal. This is what happens when you're not patient!
Lol at myself. The rug is from JCPenney who is having a home sale 25%-50% off. I bought three rugs, one for the kitchen sink, one for stove and one for the side door from the garage for $10.99 each. AND if they don't look like this I can just return them to JCPenney at our mall.
What an indulgent post.

I like the bottom one.
I like the bottom one. It would add more color to a light colored floor.
I vote for the second one also! I like the red in it and the simpler design! Happy Decorating!
I like the bottom one. Better color, and I think the style matches the other pieces better. The first one has more of a country look.

Bottom.
The bottom rug's colors are in the same color value as the bread box. Just be sure that when your decorating that you aren't too "matchy" with motifs. It's better to have different patterns(checks, stripes, ect.) but in the same color value (hue). And always think in odd numbers. Email me if you have ?'s.
I say #2 as well...
The dark one!!!
Bottom Jess. I love the canisters and the rug. It is very Tuscan looking. Love it.
My vote goes for the 2nd one too!
ok... I guess majority rules. *Ü* Just kidding... but I do like the first one. I prefer to mix things up a bit. Although I love the red in rug number 2.
Well, now Im wondering why I mentioned anything at all! Im no help! lol
Have fun Jessica!
with much love, Lisa~
Well, now that you have the kitchen rug...does it slip around? Are you going to shake it out or vacuum?
I'll have to see if our JCPenney's is having a sale -- I need a shower curtain for our guest bath! I've put off getting one because I wanted an organic, USA made one that cost $60 (but didn't want to spend the money). Now my parents are coming for a visit in 4 days -- and there is no shower curtain!
Hope you share pictures of your newly decorated kitchen!!

I really like the ones you got from Penney's. Very pretty.
Before I read the end of your post I thought the half circle on was best to enhance the dishes and the coloring of your kitchen.
