French- Unit 2 Écoutez, Parlez
PLL- handwriting paper put in with lesson # at top
ETC - 9 lessons
Science- Human Body lessons 1-9
TOG Year 3, Unit 1: SAP, Mapwork and whatever else
Classically Cursive: 1 page per week- 9 pages
Informal Logic: 1 worksheet of Building Critical Thinking per week- 9 total

Second Quarter Binder (9 weeks)

-Put reading log in front

French- Unit 3 Écoutez, Parlez
PLL- handwriting paper put in with lesson # at top
ETC - 9 lessons
Science- Human Body lesson 10 and ___________
TOG Year 3, Unit 2: SAP, Mapwork and whatever else
Classically Cursive: 1 page per week- 9 pages
Informal Logic: 1 worksheet of Building Critical Thinking per week- 9 total

Third Quarter Binder (9 weeks)
-Put calendar and quarter's goals in front
-Put reading log in front

Bible- Explorer's Bible Study Lessons 19-27
Math- Horizons 3 Lessons 73-108
Latin - Prima Latina (unsure yet)
French- Unit 4 Écoutez, Parlez
PLL- handwriting paper put in with lesson # at top
ETC - 9 lessons or Simply Spelling
Science- Cell Biology
TOG Year 3, Unit 3: SAP, Mapwork and whatever else
Classically Cursive: 1 page per week- 9 pages
Informal Logic: 1 worksheet of Building Critical Thinking per week- 9 total

Fourth Quarter Binder (9 weeks)
-Put calendar and quarter's goals in front
-Put reading log in front

Bible- Explorer's Bible Study Lessons 28-30
Math- Horizons 3 Lessons 109-160
Latin - Prima Latina (unsure yet)
French- Unit 4 Écoutez, Parlez
PLL- handwriting paper put in with lesson # at top
Simply Spelling- handwriting paper with lesson #
Science- Botany
TOG Year 3, Unit 3: SAP, Mapwork and whatever else
Classically Cursive: 1 page per week- 9 pages
Informal Logic: 1 worksheet of Building Critical Thinking per week- 9 total

I'll see how it goes after we move.

I did something like this when I was teaching. I had each piece of curriculum stashed on a shelf. Each Friday I would pull all the worksheets, flashcards, books, I would need for the next week, along with making all the copies I would need. Then it was all right there in one spot. Very handy. It made me 100% more useful to my students.

I was never as organized as this, though. I bet it will work really well.

I like your idea, too. And, I love how organized you are! And, you can feel like you're "done" when you accomplish your goals.

Great idea!

A hs veteran taught me to do this with the phonics curriculum we used and it worked wonderfully. I did it a bit differently though, in that I had teachers notes for each lesson in the binder etc and rotated the worksheets in for only a month.

I may try the quarterly notebook plan with rotating in the worksheets for each quarter when the previous one is done - we don't have a lot of bookshelf space so that might work well. :)

Thanks!

This is something I'm going to have to try out as well..we are on a 4 quarter learning system and this will make it so much easier to plan...Lol...that's my goal...to get organized so it's less about the paper and more about enjoying the homeschooling.
