Umm. I can't find...

Our Explode the Code Book 7. I know it's evading me, but where?

We went to the beach yesterday, a 30 mile drive away. I'm a little sunburned because I should have had dh spray sunblock on me but I didn't. It rained twice while we were there, after the second time we left.

I have no energy today, no zip, no motivation, nada.

I think your body and spirit is telling you to rest. You are such a sweet woman and loving mom and want to do so much! God Bless you for that. I hope you spend time today resting and praying.

We got back from a homeschool convention yesterday. What a blessing to be around other families whose priorites are God, Family and Homeschooling! I picked up a couple books. For the Children's Sake and For the Families Sake by Susan Schaeffer Macaulay. I have been feeling overwhelmed with all the duties of a Christian homeschool life and I am hoping some peaceful time today reading these encouraging books will help.

I completely understand. I've been getting ready to start school Monday and spent well over an hour searching for a preschool curriculum guide that I had purchased over a year ago for my now 4yo. I finally gave up and then came across it randomly the next day only to leaf through it and realize it's not going to work for this year! To say I felt defeated is an understatement!

Things did look up after that, but for the moment I was ready to throw in the proverbial towel.

I would feel sorry for you but the beach is a 30 minute drive so you have little sympathy from me! Lol!

I'm sure you'll find that book as soon as you stop looking. Have a great weekend!

(((HUG))) Sunburn is one time when a virtual hug is better than a real one!

Hope you get a chance to rest and recover. Unlikely, but we can hope, right?? :)

And the book! Go check those beautiful new bookshelves again!!
